J'ai composé cet album après un voyage à travers le Rajasthan, le Kerala. et la Thaïlande en décembre 2017.

A l'aide d'un micro portable, j'ai enregistré des musiciens dans les rues, des ambiances sonores dans la nature, des personnes qui croisaient mon chemin, des bruits d'animaux étranges - partout ou j'allais-.

J'ai ensuite construit des samples à partir de ces enregistrements. Ça m'a permis de trouver l'inspiration pour entamer l'écriture.

De retour à Hanoï, j'ai cherché des mélodies et des rythmes qui pourraient aller avec ces captations sonores exotiques. Ce n'était pas évident.

Après beaucoup d'expérimentations, progressivement, mon univers s'est marié avec les sons que j'avais rapportés.

Cet album raconte mon histoire, et celles que j'ai entendues.

I composed this album after a journey throughout Rajasthan, Kerala and Thailand in December 2017.

With the help of my portable microphone, I recorded musicians in the streets, soundscapes in the jungle, people talking or singing, animals making strange sounds...

I later chopped these field recordings into samples, and the process gave me a lot of inspiration to start writing songs.

When I got back to Hanoi I started drawing melodies and beats that would blend with these exotic ambiances I had captured.

After a lot of experimentations, progressively my universe started merging with the sounds that I had found.

This album recounts my journey, and the stories that I heard while I was there.
